Moving into a new house can be really exciting. You get to start fresh and decorate your home the way you have always wanted to. 1.     Change The Locks

Keep your property safe and ensure all your locks are changed. Sometimes, the old tenants to house owner can have a spare key, and you do not want them to come barging in whenever they feel like. Privacy is an essential thing you need in your house, so make sure you have that!

 

2.     Take Care Of Air Conditioning

After that, check your meter again. The reading should stay the same, and if it is not, it means there is a leak, and you need to fix it.
