What Exactly Is Fulvic Acid?

Fulvic Acid is a very important naturally occurring acid. Unfortunately, it’s hard to obtain Fulvic acid from a normal diet.

A single molecule of Fulvic acid is capable of transporting approximately 60 molecules of trace elements and minerals into our cells.

  • Follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) increased by 9% and serum testosterone levels were boosted by 23%.
  • Sperm quality rose by 37%.
  • Total sperm count increased by 61%.

There’s a slight increase in hemoglobin, and oxidative damage decreased.

A more recent study from 2015, showed 250mg of Shilajit extract daily had the following effect on health volunteers from ages 44 to 55:

  • FSH and (Luteinizing hormone) LH levels remained normal, but DHEA (dehydroepiandrosterone) increased by 31%.
  • Total testosterone levels increased by 20%.
  • Free testosterone levels increased by 19%.
