General
- Lead, manage and coordinate team operations. Develop and maintain systems and procedures for operating efficiency. Manage team for optimum performance.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

Must be a self-starter and able to work in an unpredictable setting with little to no support or validation
- Must be strong, well-organized and able to function well under intense stress
- Supervise direct and indirect reporting staff according to overall policy
- Set team goals and objectives
- Develop staff to maximize potential
- Monitor staff performance including performance reviews
- Delegate work duties to staff
- Allocate use of available resources
- Monitor and assist staff with work progress
- Evaluate current operation’s processes and systems
- Plan and implement procedures and systems to maximize operating efficiency
- Establish and maintain controls
- Formulate team policies and practices
- Coordinate financial and budget activities for maximum operational efficiency
- Review performance data (financial and activity reports) to monitor and measure productivity, goal progress and activity levels
- Responsible for the achievement of staff productivity and quality goals
- Organize, manage and lead team meetings
Education and Experience
- Minimum bachelors degree or equivalent life experience
- Knowledge of leadership and management best principles and practices
- Knowledge of human development and family life psychology
- Knowledge of basic economic and accounting principles and practices
- knowledge of office administrative procedures
- Knowledge of nutrition and meal preparation is a definite plus

Position requires a minimum of 80 hours/week – longer hours will be expected when necessary. Must be available 24/7. Please note there is no salary, commission or bonuses available with this job.
