Most of the reviewers 93% (five and four stars) are satisfied with the dash cam. The three-star review felt it was a good camera but too expensive.
Although no longer reported a previous two-star reviewer had concerns regarding the mount and cabling. I was impressed with the earnestness of customer service to make things right for the customer.
This included finding out how the user mounted the dash cam and offering partial reimbursement for the additional materials purchased. The two-star reviewer probably became a 4 or 5-star reviewer.
No question, you can expect a high level of customer support.
