On September 16th every year, National Stepfamily Day is celebrated to recognize and celebrate all blended families and their efforts towards successful family life. Over 30% of the population above 18 years lives in a blended family in the U.S. National stepfamily day was founded in 1997 by Cristy Borgeld.
Parents, stepsiblings, and extended families work together to create a loving, healthy, and functional environment for everyone. Do something fun with your stepfamily on National Stepfamily Day and remember, it gets easier with love, understanding, and commitment. Enjoy some jokes on stepdad and stepmom.
