Fifteen Hilarious St. Patrick’s Day Jokes

March 17th is Saint Patrick’s Day.

Saint Patrick

Saint Patrick, who lived during the fifth century, is the patron saint of Ireland. Born in Roman-occupied Britain, he was 16 years old when he was kidnapped and brought to Ireland as a slave.

He later escaped but returned to Ireland. Saint Patrick is responsible for bringing Christianity to its people.

St. Patrick is thought to have illustrated the Holy Trinity of Christianity by using a shamrock, showing its three leaves growing from a single stem. Due to this legend, shamrocks have become the national flower of Ireland and are symbolic of all things Irish, especially St. Patrick’s Day.
