Many people now use turmeric for arthritis pain relief. Let’s look at how this special herb can be used to relieve the pain caused by musculoskeletal conditions like arthritis. 

Using Turmeric Curcumin With Black Pepper

Combining turmeric with other powerful herbs like black pepper can help to give the body the most benefits.

This is because black pepper works by ensuring the active ingredient in turmeric, curcumin is adequately absorbed into the bloodstream.

When you add pepper to your turmeric when preparing meals, it will enhance the body’s ability to reduce pain and stiffness caused by inflammation.

Since the body doesn’t absorb curcumin relatively well, you may need to consider investing in the best turmeric pills to achieve its therapeutic effects. Using curcumin powder together with coconut oil can actually help to boost absorption.

However, choose pure curcumin powder. Curry powders tend to contain very low levels of curcumin and may not provide the therapeutic benefits someone with arthritis requires.

Most importantly, remember turmeric is capable of thinning the blood and should be used after getting consent from your physician.
